In September 2008, Evangelist Glen Fogg and his family were sent out of Lakeland Street Baptist Church in Fort Worth, TX to start the Gospel Light Baptist Mission in Sanger, TX.
Gospel Light began with a church planter’s vision to see more Independent Fundamental Baptist Churches in this great country. For two years God blessed this mission work, until November 7, 2010 when Gospel Light was organized into an autonomous, local, Independent Baptist church.
During the organizational service, Gospel Light called Robert Graf to the pastorate with a unanimous vote. Gospel Light currently has a vision to reach more families in the Denton County area for the cause of Christ. GLBC is a old fashioned church, just like it used to be!
